Her skill set includes program development and oversight, branding and communications content, media relations, and special event coordination. Cindy resides in Ashland, Oregon.
Melissa Kelly, Grant Manager
Since obtaining her PhD in psychology in 2003, Melissa has authored and published numerous papers on social issues and systems, including education and cross-cultural comparisons and evaluations on gender, race, and culture. She has written for a wide variety of audiences including granting agencies, academic community groups and fundraising organizations. She is a programmatic and organized thinker with the ability to identify and present program strategies, obtain funding and deliver reports and products on time. Melissa is a native of Seattle where she resides with her husband and daughter.
