Pricing

We provide flexible and affordable pricing options based on your organization’s needs. 

Standard Hourly Billing:
A great option if you only need part-time, project-based assistance. Our standard hourly rate is $35.00/hour. 

Retainer:
A flat $5000/month retainer allows your organization full-time access to our staff for ongoing funding research, identification and presentation of relevant grant opportunities, review of funding requirements, grant calendar maintenance, ongoing grant submissions, grant reporting, and confidential and secure archive of grant history.

We require a one year contract for retainer pricing, however the client may cancel at any time with a 30 day notice, at which time all related work will be returned to the client provided account balance is current.

We invoice clients on the 5th of the month. A late payment fee of 10% will be assessed on any account past due 30 days.
